4 Detox Water Recipes For Weight Loss and Cleansing

Ingredients

Lemon Cucumber Mint Detox Juice – 4 Servings

  •     8 cups of water
  •     1 large lemon
  •     1/2 cucumber, sliced or two small Persian cucumbers, sliced
  •     8 sprigs mint

Apple Cider Vinegar Slimming Drink – Serves 1

  •     1 cup of water
  •     1 tsp lemon juice
  •     2 tsp cider vinegar
  •     a few drops of liquid Stevia to sweeten the desired taste
  •     ice

Lemon Cayenne Pepper Juice-Serving 1

  •     1 cup of water
  •     1 tbsp lemon juice
  •     1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  •     1 tsp cider vinegar
  •     3 small slices of fresh ginger
  •     a few drops of liquid Stevia to sweeten the desired taste
  •     ice

Fruit Infused Water – Serves 1

  •     1 cup of water
  •     1 tsp lemon juice
  •     1/4 – 1/2 cup fresh berries blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries
  •     ice

Instructions

Lemon Cucumber Mint Detox Juice

    Fill a jug with water (about 8 cups). Squeeze the juice out of half the lemon. Cut the other half of the lemon into slices and add to the jug, along with the cucumber slices and mint, and allow all the ingredients to remain for about 1-3 hours or longer before drinking. The longer it is, the tastier it makes the water. Enjoy a glass poured on ice.

Apple cider vinegar weight loss drink

    Add ice, water, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and a few drops of liquid Stevia in a glass and sweeten it to the taste you want. Mix well and enjoy!

Cayenne Pepper Juice With Lemon

    In a glass, add ice, water, lemon juice, paprika, cider vinegar, fresh ginger and a few drops of liquid Stevia (to sweeten the desired taste). Mix well and enjoy! If you like ginger, eat it after you’ve finished the water. For more ginger flavor, have the water wait 1 hour in the fridge before drinking after mixing the ingredients. Add more ice if preferred.

Fruit Infused Water

    In a glass, add ice, normal water or plain sparkling water, lemon juice and fruits. Leave in the fridge for 3 hours or night for more effect. Add more ice if preferred.
