5 Minutes and Get Rid Of Back Pain

Tips to relieve back pain in 5 minutes

How do you usually deal with back pain? Do you take medication or prefer natural remedies? You can try these methods to ease your pain.

Those who suffer from back pain know very well how it affects them. You can’t bend to tie shoes. Every move makes you angry because of the pain you experience. Your favorite chair, seat, the bed doesn’t even feel comfortable anymore. You can handle this pain on your own without the need for painkillers.

Epsom salt for soothe the back pain

Fill hot water into a bucket. Put ½ cup Epsom salt in water (British salt) and mix well. Soak your feet in this water for 5-10 minutes. Rinse your feet with warm water and wrap in a towel or blanket.

Benefit: Epsom salt is dissolved in magnesium and sulfate when dissolved in water. Magnesium is known to loosen the nerves and release muscle spasms. So when you sink your feet in this footbath, your skin helps soothe back pain.

Place a latch on the ear

5 Minutes and Get Rid Of Back Pain

Take a latch and place it on the top of your ear. Hold the latch in your ear for 5 seconds, then release it. Repeat 5 times in each ear.

Benefit: according to reflexology, the upper part of the ear is directly connected to your back and shoulders, so stimulation can reduce tension and pain in these areas.

Massage with lavender oil

Take a tablespoon of coconut oil or castor oil and add a few drops of lavender essential oil on it. Gently massage the mixture into the painful area.

Benefits: lavender oil has anti-inflammatory and calming properties. It also relaxes the muscles of your back and reduces stress.

Get rid of pain with exercise

– Sit down and stretch your left leg. Bend your right knee and place the base of your right foot on the floor. Pull your right knee with your hands to your chest and wait a few seconds, then release. After 10 repetitions, replace the sides.

– Lie on your back, bend your knees and place your foot on the floor. Keep your knees bent, lift your legs up to 10-15 cm above the ground, hold for a few seconds, and then lower them down. Repeat 5 times.

– Keep lying on your back. Straighten your left leg and put it on the floor. Bend your right knee and hold it with both hands. Pull your knee towards your chest, wait a few seconds, then release. Repeat on both sides 10 times.

– Sit with your legs straight in front of you. Extend your arms forward and twist your upper body, try to reach your toes with your fingers. Wait a few seconds, then release. Repeat 10 times.

Benefit: This exercise set can reduce sciatic pain by reducing the tension in the back muscles.
